Mark and Steph met us at a wedding fair back in 2017. They were looking for someone who would fit in with their laid back, fun loving vibe. They wanted a super relaxed day which suited us perfectly.

They chose Alnwick Castle for their venue, with them both getting ready close by in the centre of Alnwick. We’d never photographed there before, so we were looking forward to exploring the venue and seeing what it had to offer.

With the Scots taking over Alnwick for the day and kilts aplenty, we couldn’t wait to get started…

We started off with Mark as he was greeting guests in the centre of Alnwick.
Steph meanwhile was getting ready close by.
As Steph headed over to the castle, their piper was playing in anticipation of her arrival.
Steph looked beaming and was so excited. She couldn't get married quick enough.
After the ceremony, guests headed into the castle grounds for some group photographs.
Organising groups this size takes some doing, but the guests were patient and fantastic.
While guests mingled on the gun terrace, Steph and Mark headed out for a few group photographs.
The speeches were a highly entertaining affair, with plenty of embarrassing moments throughout.
After the speeches were over, we headed out and explored the grounds a little more with the newlyweds.
Guests had lots of fun during their broomstick lessons, where highly trained instructors revealed the secrets of just how to fly.
There was still time for more embarrassment when Steph tried her best to photobomb the lads, but ended up rolling over on her bum with her legs up in the air. A perfect way to sum up a fantastic day.
