Jessica and Liam first met us when we photographed their friends’ wedding in the spring of 2016. They both fell in love with our relaxed and not only that, we got on with them really well too. They’re such a lovely couple.

They picked Le Petit Chateau in Otterburn as their venue. We’ve photographed their several times in the past and it’s such a beautiful venue. We love the whole relaxed vibe of the weddings they host there and it’s certainly a venue we love photographing at.

We’d spent a little more time with Jess and Liam as they’d booked a pre wedding engagement shoot with us before the wedding day, so when it came to photographing their wedding, it really did feel as though we were there at a friends’ wedding. It was a fantastic feeling and we couldn’t wait to get started.

Where the wedding name came from:

The name was chosen because of their beautiful dog Enzo who was the star of the show. He was running around all day and any time they shouted “kisses!”, Enzo returned with plenty of licks and doggy kisses on the face. What a star!!

Chris began the day with Liam and the lads. It was a crowded house with their dog Enzo grabbing all the attention.
The lads all scrubbed up well, ever more so after Tim, the master of ceremonies, had put their button holes on.
Shazia was with Jess and the girls in the apartment.
Jess was clearly very happy with her card, as you can see by the beaming smile on her face.
As Jess got herself into her dress, guests were starting to take their seats downstairs.
There was time for one last group hug with the lads before Jess, looking incredible in her dress, was escorted down the aisle by her father.
The plan was for Enzo to run down the aisle with the rings and while it could have gone terribly wrong, he did his job like a champ.
With the rings exchanged and the vows spoken, it was time for them to be pronounced the new Mr and Mrs Hunt.
Outside we did one big group photograph with all the guests before letting everyone crack on and enjoy themselves.
Everyone was having a great time relaxing in the sunshine as the venue served up some tasty canapés.
It gave us ten minutes or so to grab the newlyweds off for a quick couple session.
Speeches were a hoot and drew plenty of laughs from the guests.
After the meal, Jess surprised Liam with some racing cars for the evening reception. Liam is a big car enthusiast so this went down a treat.
With golden hour upon us, we grabbed Liam, Jess and Enzo and headed down towards the lake for some beautiful images.
As you can see, the light was perfect and we caught it just at the right time. Dreamy!!
Back inside it was time to cut the cake and for the bride and groom to have their first dance.
Guests piled onto the dance floor to join them and even Enzo came on for a dance.
Liam broke out the one of a kind "Flashing Unicorn Helmet" to party the night away.
