There are some weddings that pop up along the way, that clearly have so much attention to detail, that all you can do is stand back and admire. This wedding literally had everything you could think of. They really thought outside the box and it was awesome!

Lauren and Simon married at Woodhill Hall in early November. You’ll see from the images how much time they invested in planning their big day.

More importantly, they’re such a cool couple. Just really lovely and down to earth. They were up for doing absolutely anything with us and here we present to you one of our favourite weddings of all time.

Where the wedding name came from:

The name was chosen because, as you’ll see, they had a really cool golden moon which we borrowed for some photographs.

The day began as Chris headed over to the Hideaway where Simon was getting ready.
Over with Lauren, things were nice and calm. Everyone took their time getting ready and it gave us chance to capture some amazing details such as Lauren's bouquet.
Lauren and her dad had a lovely moment before everyone left to head to the ceremony.
The ceremony took place in the new Olive House. It's a stunning setting, perfect place for a couple to say their "I do's".
After a couple of readings and some beautiful vows, the place errupted so everyone gave a huge applause to the new Mr and Dr Bain.
As you can see, Lauren had really spent some time and effort organisng these incredible details.
The rain was holding steady all afternoon, but a gap opened up enough to get outside to do some group photographs.
Given the time of sunset in November, we made a point of captuing their couple portraits before the mean. A little smoke and an awesome couple and you have the base of what turned out to be an amazing set of images.
The attention to little details continued in the tipi, included the sharp reminded that marriage is indeed punishment for shoplifting in some countries. Party on!!
After the meal we made use of some props, smoke and some amazing light to create some epic evening portraits.
Back inside, it was time for the band to start and the party to begin!!
As you can see, the evening was in full swing and guests were having an amazing time. Remember, there's always time for shots!!
