Chris & Shazia

We first met Marc and Rheanneon way back at the start of 2018. We got chatting to Rheanneon at a wedding fair who was still searching for her venue and through the process of telling her about our own wedding at Wylam Brewery, ultimately led to them booking both with us and Wylam Brewery.

Wylam is a fantastic venue that we personally love and is close to heart. Marc and Rheanneon got the same vibe from Wylam. Cool, relaxed and just what they were looking for.

The sun was shining for them and we knew it was going to be a fabulous day. Not just because we love the venue, but because Marc and Rheanneon are such an awesome couple.

Where the wedding name came from:

The name was chosen because after they were pronounced husband and wife, they turned, kissed and sealed the deal with an awesome fist bump. Boom!!

Chris began the day with Marc who was getting ready with his groomsmen and his dad.
Unknown to Marc, they had arranged for a little surprise for him. An awesome car to take to the venue. Nothing like travelling in style.
Shazia was with Rheanneon and the girls at the Hotel Du Vin.
Everything was nice and calm. They even had time to joke around for a few selfies.
It was a beautiful moment when Rheanneon's dad saw her for the first time and Shazia managed to capture it beautifully.
At the venue guests had started to arrive as Marc did the meeting and greeting, but before we knew it Rheanneon and the girls showed up and it was time to rock n roll.
Inside Marc's patience had been rewarded and he couldn't stop smiling after he had seen Rheanneon.
Outside we managed to organise possibly the longest confetti tunnel in recent memory, but there was still enough confetti left to shower Marc at the end.
Guests gathered inside and grabbed some canapés as Chris snuck in a few photographs of the newlyweds with the camper van.
Inside guests were busy enjoying one of the brewery tours while Shazia photographed the ceremony room.
It was time for our bride and groom to make their big entrance and Marc drew the honour of the first speech.
It's such a stunning setting at Wylam and guests really enjoyed soaking in the atmosphere.
All of the speakers went down a storm and before we knew it guests were ready to tuck into their wedding breakfast.
Post meal we grabbed our bride and groom and headed into the brewery for some cool shots involving pints and beer tanks.
It was golden hour outside so we quickly ran out and made the most of a fantastic sunset.
Inside it was time for the first dance so Marc and Rheanneon hit the dance floor for the first time as husband and wife.
