Standard BOLT-ON VIDEO - EXPLAINED
We’ve met some couples who just don’t want or feel the need to hire a dedicated wedding videographer. They’ve felt that they wouldn’t watch a full wedding video back later.
They have told us however that it would be nice to watch their ceremony, speeches and first dance. This way, they can listen back to people speaking, remember what was said and re-live those moments.
Our Standard Bolt-On Video package covers just that.
BOLT-ON VIDEO PLUS - EXPLAINED
We’ve also met other couples who loved the idea of the Standard Bolt-On package but wanted a highlight video too. Just something more from the day to watch back later that doesn’t cost as much as hiring a dedicated wedding videographer.
That’s where our Bolt-On PLUS Video package comes in.
It’s bridges the gap between our Standard Bolt-On Video package and hiring a dedicated wedding videographer.
SIMPLE, NOT BASIC
INCREDIBLE QUALITY WITHOUT BREAKING THE BANK
Our Bolt-On Video packages were designed to offer a lower cost alternative to booking a dedicated wedding videographer. In order to achieve this, we decided to keep the style of the videos super simple.
What that means is filming the videos in a way that’s easy for us to work on the day while not interfering with the photography part.
We don’t want to get bogged down with organising extra equipment. We want to move around freely capturing those fleeting moments. Setting up tripods and moving equipment around goes against that.
So we keep it simple – one video camera to capture your whole day with a ‘run and gun’ style of shooting.
After that, we’ll go off and create you a video that’s cool, stunning, beautiful, long enough to feature everything and short enough that it holds your attention… all balanced with an affordable price.

- Our Bolt-On Video packages are not a direct replacement for a dedicated wedding videographer.
- As we are there primarily to photograph your wedding day, we will be hybrid shooting, which means we’ll be taking photographs and filming throughout your wedding day.
- It’s not always possible to take photographs and film at the same time, which means we can’t guarantee that every moment will be captured in your video.
- If you want every moment captured in full, from as many angles as possible throughout your day, we would always recommend booking a dedicated wedding videographer.
- The Bolt-On and Bolt-On PLUS video packages are designed to be a middle ground between not having a videographer and hiring a dedicated videographer.
- Our video add-on options are less than the cost of a dedicated videographer. This is not because they are a lower quality but because they do not provide the same amount of coverage.
- We will always do a great job, but we wanted you to be aware of the above before booking.
PLEASE NOTE, our Bolt-On Video packages are only available when booking our photography packages. We do not offer an option of booking ‘video only’ without the photography.
